We published a paper on Visualising Mental Health!
Since starting VMH in 2016, we (as a team) have been keen to publish on the process.
We’ve always believed we have a unique process in place. Unique in terms of an educational experience for students and unique as a way of developing mental health themed prototypes.
Over the years, there have been a few false starts at putting the process in print.
But this year, thanks to the organising efforts of author Alex, we got our shit together and wrote up the VMH process.
We adorned it with some great example projects and a discussion of how we think this model of combining psychologists with communication design students can spark innovation in the mental health promotion space.
This week, our publication came out in the journal Design for Health.
