Nice to you, Nice to me
Nice to you, Nice to me is a school-based curriculum that develops and reinforces what it means to be a courteous person through meaningful actions. The premise of the design revolves around encouraging children to be consciously courteous towards others. It’s about doing something nice for someone and they will do the same thing. When the student completes courteous activities at school or home they are awarded points through peer, teacher and parent nomination. This activity aims to build a culture of mutual respect in the classroom and other aspects of young people’s lives.
