Vent Book is a companion journal used to help increase the mental fitness of its users. It is a school diary/journal created to develop and implement an ongoing system which promotes positive habits in order to improve mental fitness.
Posting thoughts to social media is a toxic way to deal with emotions because of the negative thoughts and ideas you are broadcasting to the public. Vent Book’s purpose is to circumvent this by offering a place to write down your thoughts and be guided towards a higher level of mental fitness.
Our target market is year 7 students making the transition to high school, our goal is to guide them during an important developmental stage in their lives.
